UGC NET Exam 2022 Important Dates –

The application fee for UGC NET 2022 form is different for all categories. You can check them in the following table: –

Important Documents required to fill UGC NET Online Form

• Filling the NTA UGC NET Online Application form includes steps like online registration, entering the required details, uploading documents, and payment.
• While registering you will require some documents, such as-
• Certificate from the University/board
• Identity proof like Ration card/Passport /Aadhaar card /Voter ID card /other Government ID.
• UGC NET Eligibility Criteria documents like Marksheet of master’s degree.

Note: If your master’s degree result is not declared at the time of UGC NET 2021 Apply online process, you can mention it in the form.

• Category/EWS/PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned images of photo and signature in JPG format
• Size of photo: 10 kb to 200 kb
• Size of signature: 4 kb to 30 kb

Step 1 – UGC NET 2021 Online Registration

Visit the NTA Official Website and click on the “Fill Application Form Dec 2020 Cycle (May 2021)” button.

Note: If you have already registered for the exam, then you may log in to the website via application number & password. But if you are a new user, then you will have to click the “New Registration” button as shown in the following image:

Once you do that, you will be redirected to the UGC NET 2021 Application Form.

Enter the details asked in the form and click on “Submit”. NTA will ask to confirm the details again, click on “Yes”, and “Final Submit” to complete the registration form.

 

Step 2 – Fill Personal and Educational Details

• You must fill all the personal and educational details in the UGC NET application form 2021 and click on the “Submit” button.
• After filling the details, recheck it. If you have submitted the wrong details, then edit it by clicking on “Edit Application Data”.

Note – The details must be appropriately filled otherwise your UGC NET 2021 Application Form may get rejected.

Step 3 – Upload Photographs and Signature

• You have to upload a scanned photograph and signature. Choose the file/document/picture from your device and click on the “Upload” button.
• According to the official UGC NET notification, the photograph should be: –
• In jpg/jpeg format only.
• More than 10 kb and less than 200 kb.
• Must have the candidate’s name and the date of the day when the picture was clicked.
• The signature should be in running handwriting on white paper with a black pen. The size should be more than 4kb but less than 30kb.

Step 4 – Payment Procedure

Once all the steps have completed you can “Proceed for Payment” to pay the fee.

Note – The fee payment procedure under UGC NET 2021 Apply Online is completely online, through SBI /Syndicate/HDFC /ICICI Payment Gateways i.e. Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking/Paytm.

 

Select the bank by which you want to pay the exam fee and click on the button to final submit the UGC NET Exam form. After making the payment, take the proof of fee payment.

After Done Payment You Can Download Application Form You Can Safe it for Future Reference
