UGC NET Correction Window Open for UGC NET 2021 Exam! Check Complete Details [Process & Steps]

UGC NET 2021 Application Correction has been started from 7th September 2021. It has been commenced after the completion of the application process. The authority has provided a correction facility on their website through online mode. The candidates are able to use this facility during the stipulated time frame to edit/change the application form already submitted by them. UGC NET is a national-level exam conducted by the NTA. It will be conducted for determining the eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship program

How to Correct UGC NET 2021 Application Form

The procedure which candidates must follow to correct their UGC NET 2021 application process is explained below:

• Visit the official website of UGC NET 2021 (link is given above).
• Click on the generated link of “Application Form Correction”.
• Login details of the candidate would be required in the next step.
• The candidates are required to enter their respective application number, password and security pin in order to log in.
• After logging in successfully the candidate would be able to make desired changes to the previous application form.
• After making the changes, candidates are required to check the changes made carefully to avoid any error.
• Take a printout of the corrected application form.

What Information Can Be Change Through UGC NET Correction Form list of Items ?

Only those candidates who have filled and submitted their UGC NET 2021 will be permitted to make changes in their forms during the UGC NET 2021 application correction window. The students must note that not all parts of the application form will be open Changes.

• The personal details of the applicant (including the name of the applicant, his/ her parents, etc.)
• The photograph of the applicant.
• The candidate’s signature on the application form.
• The communication address that was given by the applicant on the form initially.
• The preference of examination centre.

UGC NET Form Correction 2021 – Specifications for Candidate’s Photograph

The passport size photograph should be the latest and in JPG/JPEG format.

Passport size photograph should be 10 kb to 200 kb.

The photographs must be taken on or after 01st September 2019 preferably indicating clearly the name of the candidate along with the date of taking the photograph.

The photograph should not be with a cap or goggles. The focus needs to be on the face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background)

Spectacles are allowed only if being used regularly.

Polaroid and computer-generated photos are not acceptable.

Applications not complying with these instructions or with unclear photographs are liable to be rejected.

Application without photographs shall be rejected.

The photographs need not be attested. Candidates are advised to keep 6 to 8 passport size and 4 to 6 Postcard size (4”X6”) color photographs with white background.
