CUET PG Counselling 2023-Process Schedule, Registration, Seat Allotment Result

CUET PG 2023 counselling process: is expected to be conducted between October and November. The CUET PG 2023 result has been declared in September 27 and NTA is in the process to send candidates’ scores to the universities they had opted for. Candidates will have to get in touch with the universities/institutes to know more about the CUET PG counselling process. Candidates will have to register separately for admission to various participating institutes. Delhi University has already activated its CSAS registration link 2023 for PG admission. The participating institutes of the CUET -PG, which includes the Central Universities of India will conduct their admission process separately. The CUET counselling or admission process will be conducted by the participating institutes individually and candidates who would apply for the institutes and courses will have to participate in the admission process. As of now, the University of Delhi (DU), University of Hyderabad (UoH), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Punjab Universities etc. have started the admission process through CUET PG 2023.

CUET PG Spot Counselling

CUET counselling 2023 is conducted separately in online mode for candidates of each participating university. Only those candidates whose names are mentioned in the CUET 2023 rank list will be called for counselling. Those candidates who have already applied for the first round of counselling but have not been allotted any seat can apply for CUET 2023 admission if the participating universities release the vacancy notification. Candidates should closely monitor the official website of the participating university for the same. Accordingly, they have to visit the university campus in person to participate in CUET spot admission 2023 for the document verification process.

CUET PG Merit List

The participating universities of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) previously known as CUCET will be releasing their own CUET 2023 merit list in online mode for various courses they are offering. CUET test-takers will be able to check the CUET merit list 2023 once the respective universities release it. The universities will release their own merit list of CUET 2023 individually on their official website.

Step 2. Click on the CUET 2023 merit list link displayed on the home page.

Step 3. Select the link out of the subject-wise links provided there. 

Step 4. You can then view the PDF file with the names and scores of all the shortlisted students for that particular university.

CUET PG Universities List

CUET PG 2023 is happening for the first time in 2022. The exams will take place for UG admission to universities or colleges. The exams will be held from 15 July to 10 August for approximately 190 participating universities. Earlier the total CUET PG participating universities was 188. As per the CUET 2023 latest updates, 13 new universities also opted to offer admissions based on CUET 2023.

CUET -PG Counselling- FAQs

Q 1. How will the universities provide admissions based on CUET Scores? 
Answer: Each central university participating in CUET 2023 will be offering admissions individually for the selected candidates based on the CUET merit list. Once the CUET 2023 results are out, candidates will release a merit list of selected candidates for the particular courses. Selected candidates can attend the counselling and take admission. 

Q 2. How will I get confirmation of successful CUET 2023 registration? 
Answer: Once your CUET form is successfully submitted and you have paid the mentioned fees through the available payment options i.e. Net-banking /Debit Card /Credit Card or UPI, you will receive an e-mail and SMS mentioning the e-mail ID & mobile number you have filled in the application form. This will be the proof of your CUET successful registration. 

Q 3. How will the CUET counselling 2023 be conducted?
Answer: The CUET 2023 counselling will be conducted in online mode once the universities release their respective merit lists for their courses. 

Q 4. How will the CUET 2023 spot counselling take place?
Answer: CUET spot counselling will be conducted only against vacant seats. For example if some seats for any particular course in any university are vacant, the university will then conduct spot counselling for those particular seats. 

Q 5. What are the documents required at the time of CUET counselling?
Answer: For CUET 2023 counselling, candidates must carry Class 10 mark sheet, Class 12 mark sheet, qualifying examination certificate, transfer certificate, conduct certificate, caste certificate, reservation category certificate, and photocopies of original documents.
